In the blind-judged retail competition, northern independent Booths took The WIPAK Trophy for Supreme Cheese Retailer with the gold-winning cheddar that also made it Cheddar Cheese Retailer of the Year. Waitrose & Partners won The iff Trophy for Supreme Dairy Retailer, was named Champion Retail Exhibitor on points, and finished with six category titles. In the Lactalis-sponsored Foodservice Excellence Awards, Heler Foods took two of the five honours.
